Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely project requirements.

  • Respond promptly to requests for information, feedback, or approvals.

  • Ensure that any materials provided to us do not violate third-party rights.

  • Review all delivered work before submission or use.

  • Use our services in accordance with applicable laws and institutional policies.

Failure to provide complete instructions or respond within reasonable timeframes may affect project delivery schedules.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all completed work delivered by Creative Writers & Tutors becomes the property of the client.

Creative Writers & Tutors retains no ownership claim over the final delivered work after full settlement of payment.

The client accepts full responsibility for how any delivered content is used, submitted, modified, or distributed.

Creative Writers & Tutors shall not be liable for any academic, legal, disciplinary, or professional consequences resulting from the use of delivered content.

Academic Integrity

Our services are intended for research assistance, educational support, reference materials, guidance, tutoring, editing, and learning purposes.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the academic integrity policies of their educational institution.

Creative Writers & Tutors does not guarantee grades, academic outcomes, admissions decisions, scholarship awards, employment outcomes, or professional certifications.

Payment Terms

Full or partial payment may be required before work commences, depending on the project scope.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Bank Transfer

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Digital Wallets

  • Other approved payment methods

For large projects, milestone-based payments may be agreed upon in writing.

Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension, delay, or cancellation of services.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality services and maintain customer satisfaction.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refund requests may be considered when:

  • A project is cancelled before work has substantially commenced.

  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service.

  • A duplicate payment has been made.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted when:

  • Work has already been delivered.

  • A project has been completed according to the provided instructions.

  • Delays occur due to missing information from the client.

  • The client changes project requirements after work has commenced.

  • The client no longer requires the service after work has started.

  • Services involving online exams, quizzes, timed assessments, or urgent deadlines have already been initiated.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of project completion.

Each request will be reviewed individually.

Any approved refund may be subject to payment gateway fees, banking charges, taxes, and administrative costs already incurred.

Delivery and Revisions

Project deadlines are agreed upon before work begins.

While every effort is made to meet delivery schedules, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, force majeure events, or client-related delays may occur.

 Revisions 

We offer revisions to ensure delivered work aligns with the original instructions.

Free revisions are available only when:

  • The revision request is based on the original requirements.

  • The request is submitted within the revision period communicated at the time of order.

Requests involving new requirements, additional research, expanded word counts, or changed instructions may incur additional charges.

Confidentiality

Creative Writers & Tutors respects the privacy and confidentiality of all clients.

All personal information, project details, documents, and communications are treated as confidential.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose client information to third parties except:

  • When required by law.

  • To authorized team members directly involved in project completion.

  • With the client's explicit consent.

Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after project completion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Writers & Tutors shall not be liable for:

  • Academic penalties or disciplinary actions.

  • Examination outcomes.

  • Grades or assessment results.

  • Institutional decisions.

  • Loss of profits or opportunities.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Clients remain responsible for payment for completed work.

  • Pending deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances are cleared.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by the Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client:

  • Provides fraudulent information.

  • Engages in abusive conduct.

  • Violates applicable laws.

  • Attempts chargeback fraud or payment disputes without justification.

Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, software, tools, payment gateways, or external resources.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or policies of such third-party services.

Force Majeure

Creative Writers & Tutors shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Government restrictions

  • Power failures
